What could a bank robbery in Seattle by people dressed as pumpkins have to do with Mardi Gras? The robbers may have made a few dollars but they could have lost money on the Seattle job. The police have nothing to go on but a little juice and a few seeds.
The Seattle Robbery detective refuses to believe any of the witness and threatens to arrest them all unless they start telling the truth. All the witness sit on the floor and almost demand to be arrested so they can sue the city. Cooler heads prevail and Seattle Robbery is sent home.
Detective Rage and Detective Smith turn in their report of the scene and go back to work. Inspector Strong wonders when and where the next shoe will drop? The Seattle FBI feels the same way and asks for some help at the Mardi Gras.
The Madam has some worked out diamond minds re-opened by someone else. She wonders who? Everyone now figures that the real robbery will be at Mardi Gras where the total pumpkin costumes will not be out of place. The Madam is looking for the thieves of her diamonds and why she was not invited to the party. She places boots on the ground to find her diamonds and those responsible.
