A DEA satellite is leaving a window of opportunity in Mexico with no one watching a coastline. Nearly three hours long, what could the value of the drugs be that might be brought into Mexico during this time. It is a small error in satellite coverage but it is there.
The Madam's satellite section is always looking at everything and discovers it. They find the area not being observed and explores further, until they confirm it with actual visual tape.
The Madam, for a reason known only to herself, orders the three Associates to not only plug the hole but make it as costly as possible.
So begins a cat and mouse game with drug dealers and the Associates. However, the dealers do not know about the cat.
The stakes are raised when the drug shipment does not stay in Mexico but move into California, then into Oregon, finally into Washington state. While the Mexican government needs the bare minimum to seize drug related material, in the USA the courts are always in the way. Will the Madam get around this to inflict maximum damage?
