Mischief and misbehavior abounds in the Legislative Branch of the U.S. Government but is not a new phenomona.  "535 Knuckleheads - A Brief History of Mischief and Misbehavior in the U.S. Congress" travels from the genesis of the Constitution to modern times.  It contains a historical and philosophical view of the Constitution and Article I, the knucklehead adventures of 17members of Congress dating from the early 1800's to 2021, and a discussion of what the citizens of the United States can do to rid Congress of established knuckleheads.
