In today's age of 'fake news', half-truths and outright lying mixed in with an abundance of cynicism and narcissism it leaves the spiritual purity of human decency in the trash pile of mistrust and broken promises. Where has the love for human decency gone? Where is our compassion for our fellow humans be they black, white, brown or whatever color or creed? Why has our tolerance for difference evaporated?
If you watch today's news no matter what side of the political aisle you reside, falsehoods and spin seem to dominate the airways exacerbating polarization of views and in the worst case violence and hatred in the name of party, religion or creed.
As the world moves into the information era where extreme views are often vented, the need for society to restore first principles of the Christian way of life is becoming more urgent. This is also true for many of the non-Christian religions as well.
