This edition of A Course in Miracles is known as the Original Edition, reflecting the revision originally undertaken by Helen Schucman and Bill Thetford and completed in 1972. The manuscript underlying this edition was rediscovered in 1999 and first published in 2006 by the Course in Miracles Society (CIMS).

A Course in Miracles is a profound spiritual work devoted to understanding who we are, our relationship with God, and our relationship with one another. The Course is presented in three parts: the Text, the Workbook for Students, and the Manual for Teachers. The Text sets forth the theoretical foundation of the Course’s metaphysical thought system.
