In this sixth book in the highly praised A.J. Hawke Legal Thriller series, A Warrior's Cry, the young defense attorney faces the greatest challenge of his legal career: the court-martial of Zachary Pines, a U.S. Navy SEAL charged with disobeying a direct order and murdering a member of his SEAL team, punishable by life in prison. 

The narrative begins with a SEAL team emerging from the Black Sea to carry out a secret mission on foreign soil: kidnap a Russian general and his plans to weaken NATO by isolating its Baltic Sea countries. The SEALs escape, but just barely, only to have one of the team members found murdered following a vicious bar fight between two of the SEAL members.
