I winked at him and picked up the menu.
"Anything good here?" I asked, pretending I wasn't on the edge of grabbing him too.
"I want you to agree to do as I ask."
I looked at him over the top of the menu.
"And what are you going to ask?"
"It's a surprise. But you must agree before I tell you. You will enjoy it."
I looked down at the menu, not reading it and feeling a nervous energy in my stomach. Ettore like to push boundaries and I'm sure whatever he had in mind was going to definitely push mine.
"Well?"
I put the menu down on the table and looked him in the eye.
"I agree."
