‘Between you and me’ is a compilation of 12 couples’ experiences of living in a neuro-diverse relationship where one of the couple has a diagnosis of Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) and the other does not - and is therefore described as ‘neurotypical’ (NT).
In each chapter couples discuss one aspect of their relationship that has been particularly challenging. Dr Tony Attwood, author and specialist in autism spectrum conditions, especially Asperger’s Syndrome, follows each of their stories with his professional observations and views. Each chapter ends with a Q&A section with Tony.
