About The Book-
There are four parts in the book that altogether consist of seventeen chapters.
Section 1 takes you to the area of narcissism and its effects. Then you will read about how it negatively affects relationships, both mentally and emotionally. There is nothing in the first section that doesn't set you up to speed about narcissism.
The second section-how to combat narcissism-includes actionable suggestions to accomplish such an anticlimactic journey. If you happen to be a narcissist, or are trying to help one in their journey, this section should provide some information to help on the journey ahead.
Section 3 comes as a significant help for the victims of narcissism. Within, you will learn how to create healthy boundaries and how to heal from previous wounds. Additionally, you will learn the techniques of communicating effectively with a narcissist.
Part four is about bringing positive change and sustaining that change. We will be talking about what therapy and a good support framework mean to this process. You will also learn accountability and personal responsibility.
