Brazil's Federal Court of Accounts - Insight and Foresight for Better Governance

Brazil’s Federal Court of Accounts, the Tribunal de Contas da União (TCU), is seeking to go beyond its traditional oversight role and help improve policy formulation, implementation and evaluation.
