Cabo Bruno: Brazilian Vigilante Serial Killer
When Brazilian journalist Carla Mendes begins investigating the 2012 execution-style murder of former police officer Florisvaldo de Oliveira—known as "Cabo Bruno"—she uncovers more than a revenge killing.
