A young handsome male doctor desperate to make things work with his girlfriend accidentally calls Sydney Pierce, and pleads with her to come over to his house. Sydney who was also jilted by her ex is caught off guard and intrigued by the call.
She is both touched by the caller's plight and also concerned that if she does not go to him, he may harm himself. Sydney is tempted by the fear that if she does not act quickly a man's life maybe at stake.
