About the Author/Udaya R. Tennakoon is a poet, researcher, and interdisciplinary artist whose work explores memory, exile, and the intersections of culture and displacement. Drawing on experiences of migration and diaspora, he weaves fragments of thought and silence into lyrical forms inspired by Japanese poetry traditions such as haiku and tanka. His writings and performances have appeared in international journals, anthologies, and festivals.
