Aliou's mind raced with conflicting thoughts. He couldn't believe Astride de Monteclaire, a respected seasonal lecturer, was willingly participating in such debauchery. But Diop's words sent a chill down his spine. Did he imply that Astride was a paid prostitute, and that all patrons had used her services? Was she being pimped out by the campus vice President himself? And the horrifying realization hit Aliou - Astride and other attractive seasonal teachers had only recently enrolled at the campus. Was turning into a paid whore part of their contract with Diop as their official pimp? The implications were staggering and sickening. What the hell was going on at this campus?
