Having become Prince Vortigern's trusted confidant, Rory MacKay is hoping his life will improve. Unfortunately, when the prince is given a new appointment at Castle Blackwell, it turns out to the seemingly tedious one of becoming patron to a theater group.
The play they will be performing is based on the siege of Tormond Castle, which will force the prince to confront his role in the incident he had tried to forget.
