Darla's a hot, young, married big city girl on an extended business trip in the Deep South. She overhears a conversation, wherein a young couple, over their heads in debt to a local gang, is trying to work out a deal with them. Watching it all unfold, though, brings memories flooding back of Darla's university years and her short, though wild, fling with a hot young black man.

Queens of Spades is an anthology series of interracial romance and adult passion. Each book has its own cast and story, independent of the others. You do not need to read any of the other stories in the "series" to enjoy this book.
