Downtown Abbey: Fan Resource Guide

A Downton Abbey follower has taken her interest in the show to a new degree, creating a cookbook based upon recipes mentioned in the Edwardian-set melodrama. Pamela Foster, of Burlington, Ont., incorporated her love of the show and her own interest in food history to develop the e-book Abbey Cooks Entertain. "I'm a big follower of the show and, as a result of a marathon session my spouse and I had, watching episode after episode without consuming anything, it inspired me to discover what the food was like and learn how to prepare it," Foster said in an interview with CBC News.
