The fragile peace Lyra and Malakor forged within the Hollow after the devastating fog has shattered. It draws Vane's ruthless hunters like moths to a flame, and worse, it's causing agonizing physical feedback as a cosmic entity, long dormant, begins to stir within the expanding rift at the heart of the world.

To protect their people and prevent utter annihilation, Lyra and Malakor must embark on a perilous journey into the heart of the Obsidian Wastes. Every step will test the limits of their bond, forcing them to confront a terrifying question: is their connection a shield against the encroaching darkness, or merely a gateway for a cosmic parasite to fully awaken?
