In the beginning, Theo creates Adam and Lilith in the Elysian Plain, endowing them with power but denying them intimacy. Lilith's desire for autonomy and equality triggers a fracture with their Creator. After a volatile confrontation, Theo exiles Lilith, leaving Adam in a state of confusion and grief. The void left by Lilith's departure is exploited by Uriel, the Morning Star, who incites a rebellion.

Theo dispatches the archangel Michael to suppress the uprising, banishing the rebels to the void, where Uriel transforms into Vesper, the Devil. Lilith, seeking agency, briefly aligns with Vesper before realizing his destructive nature, eventually retreating into solitude.

Theo replaces Lilith with Eva, creating a new bond for Adam. When a remorseful Lilith returns to the Plain, she finds her place occupied. Though initially rejected, she is permitted to stay as a protector.

However, tragedy strikes when the trio is tempted by the Tree of Knowledge. Their disobedience shatters paradise, forcing them into the harsh, mortal realm of Midgard. Lilith, held responsible for their fall, is tasked by Theo to serve as an invisible guide. Life in Midgard becomes a grueling test of survival and evolution.

Lilith, still harboring lingering attachment to Adam, sabotages his intimacy with Eva until Theo intervenes, sending Michael to wed her. This union stabilizes the world, leading to the birth of both humanity and a new pantheon of gods and goddesses.

As humanity expands, the divine and mortal spheres begin to blur. Lilith establishes an underwater sanctuary for her children, while Adam and Eva struggle to raise their firstborn, Jace.

Conflict arises when angels from Nirvana, mesmerized by human and divine beauty, descend to Midgard. Lakshmi and other angels trade their celestial immortality for mortal forms to marry human and divine descendants, producing a race of giants. These giants, initially utilized for labor, face societal prejudice, leading their father Lakshmi to lead them away to found the city of Nod.

As these hybrid generations grow, humanity is forced to abandon its dependence on divine intervention and learn to govern, fight, and build for itself under the leadership of Sethos.

Meanwhile, Lilith secures her legacy as Theo fulfills his promise, preparing a purified realm known as "Abraham's Bosom" for her and her divine lineage. In a final, poignant transition, Michael bids a tearful farewell to his family to return to Nirvana, while Lilith and her offspring are transported to their eternal domain. The era of divine wandering concludes, leaving humanity to face its mortal future with the foundation laid by their complicated, celestial ancestors.
