John Wren and Colonel Laurence are landlords in London who specialize in providing college student accommodation- always choosing the prettiest girls as their tenants.
Two of their hottest tenants are twenty year old Fiona- a stunning red head with green eyes and freckles- and Maxine, a big-chested curvy blonde, who share a flat.
When John tells the girls he has to move them out while their apartment is refurbished he offers the girls a room in the house he shares with the Colonel.
The unsuspecting students find themselves in a house fully equipped for their arrival, not with luxury conveniences, but with a bondage playroom and secret place of punishment.
But the biggest shock of all is that Colonel Laurence turns out to be a ventriloquist's dummy (with massive sex organs) that voices John Wren's most sadistic desires and both girls experience his demands at first hand.
Fiona develops automatonophobia ( a morbid fear of dummies, puppets or waxworks ) and has to undergo a programme of gradual exposure to the thing she most fears- a programme of desensitization or counter conditioning.
