Fourth State of the Union Address

The State of the Union Address is an annual message delivered by the president of the United States to a joint session of the United States Congress near the beginning of each calendar year on the current condition of the nation. "Fourth State of the Union Address" is the fourth address by William McKinley, the twenty-fifth president of the United States of America to the Senates and House of Representatives. This address was delivered on December 3, 1900.
