John is doing curls at the gym when he meets Mike. They quickly become friends and start working out together. When Mike gets home and takes off his workout gear, he gender swaps back into Charlotte, who wondered why her biceps hurt when today was supposed to be leg day. Mike turns John onto a gym gear site called Bigger the Better, a new workout gear site offering a 40% discount on all purchases. John buys himself some hot new gear and when modeling the new gear gender swaps into Rachael, a buxom gym brat. Mike and Rachael meet up at the gym and after a hot workout session with Rachael seductively teasing Mike they head back to her place for a workout between the sheets.
