God's Birthday - Part 1 - Death Desire

Ted has lost everything including himself. He leaves a suicide note behind in his bankrupt coffee shop and is about to end his life when he encounters the spirit of his antagonist, a man who is on the run, trying to escape death. In exchange for protection, the spirit attempts to rid Ted's mind of its death desire. The spirit is inspired to tell Ted a thrilling story about five survivors of a plane crash who are condemned to a deserted island full of dangers where they encounter a mysterious shaman. Ted finds himself identifying with each of the characters, finding a trait of his own that he is hardly aware of, or that he fears, rejects or ignores. Step by step he discovers himself and regains his lust for life, but the question is, how to overcome those obstacles within him; the oppressive fears and restricting beliefs.
