description

descriptif du fournisseur

When pain starts on the inner side of the elbow, most people assume the tendon is inflamed.

They press the sore spot, apply ice or heat, wear an elbow brace, and eventually get an injection.

For a few days the pain seems to ease. Then it comes back, in exactly the same place.

Many people who have never held a golf club develop golfer's elbow. Others have never put any unusual demand on their wrists, yet the pain along the inner elbow never quite leaves them.

The reason is simple: the place that hurts is often not the place where the problem starts.

The medial epicondyle is where the pain shows up, but it is rarely the true source. In most cases, the real cause lies in the triceps brachii, the pronator teres, the wrist flexors, and the finger flexors — and in the trigger points that form inside them.

The first muscle that deserves attention is the medial portion of the triceps' medial head.

When this muscle can no longer stabilize the elbow, the load shifts to the pronator teres and the wrist flexors. As these muscles take on work they were never meant to carry, tension builds along the medial epicondyle. The pain grows quietly, steadily, until it finally reaches a point that can no longer be ignored.

This book does not treat golfer's elbow as a tendon problem.

It explains which muscles support the elbow, which muscle fails first, why the burden concentrates on the medial epicondyle of all places, and why the same pain keeps returning. Rather than staring only at the painful spot, it follows the connections between muscles.

You will not find instructions to massage the whole muscle in this book.

Instead, you will learn how to find the exact trigger point (X) creating your symptoms, and how to release it yourself with precise pressure.

Treating the elbow alone rarely resolves golfer's elbow.

Understanding the muscles that create the pain, and releasing them in the right order, is what breaks the cycle of recurrence. I hope this book helps you find the true source of your pain and take the first step toward managing it yourself.
