Sue Douglas is working her dream job as publicist for an up-and-coming rock band, traveling the world, and learning, despite her fears, how to navigate a new relationship. She's living her best life but:
The bass player is still a pain in the ass
The lead singer is still carrying a flame
And even though the record company finally recognizes her skills, they're still throwing shade her way.
And then there's Adam. Through it all, he's there, willing to take whatever pieces of time Sue can give him.
