My past caught up with me one morning in the form of an unexpected email sent by someone I knew long ago, that sparked a challenging journey about love, compassion, forgiveness, and healing. The progression of my thoughts and feelings illustrates a transformational process. Learning to understand the other person's experiences in this life that influenced their thinking and behavior helped. Past lives can influence us as well.
