Hocken and Hunken - A Tale of Troy

'Hocken and Hunken' is an adventure novel penned by Arthur Quiller-Couch. The story begins with a conversation between Captain Caius Hocken and his mate Mr Tregaskis. Captain Hocken expresses that he has never liked the life of a sailor, despite spending many years with the ship as his wife and children. Mr Tregaskis agrees that the life of a sailor is not liked by many, but points out that there are still compensations.
