Five years have passed since the hospital event. Violet, Jason, and Naomi live together in Palm City, Florida. Violet homeschools Naomi while Jason works at the firehouse in town.
But Violet starts to have nightmares. In her dreams, she receives transmissions warning her of a tall, dark man and his nefarious search for the fountain of youth. The transmissions urge her to restart her journey in hopes of saving humanity.
As the nightmares increase in frequency and intensity, Violet decides to reunite her friends to find answers and save the world. Hopefully, they will be able to put to rest what started five years ago. (approx. 60,000 words)
