A young man is found unconscious on the beach after a storm. He has lost his memory. A family takes him in and all goes well until raiders come. He is eventually persuaded to attempt a rescue of the family's son and find healing for the village. There are obstacles along the way and when he recovers his memory he is torn between going on and going back.
