A Cleveland, Ohio prosecutor was getting ready to prosecute a serial killer  who had murdered eleven women when this Cold Case crime  was presented to him.  His response was that he had been a prosecutor for over 30 years and this was the most facinating case to ever come across his desk. Follow a young detective  investigating his first homicide on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio, who came face to face with pure evil. The suspect was a student of espionage and counter espionage techniques who could pick, locks, tap phones, and surveil his prey like a CIA spook.
