Oral sex provides extensive sexual stimulation to the male.  The wife may perform this on the husband as she know it provides him pleasure.  A woman gets little sexual stimulation performing oral sex on the male.  On the other hand, the woman will get sexual stimulation having oral sex performed on her.  Like orgasms in women which is discussed in a different book, there may be psychological blocks in the woman prevent pleasure from oral sex.  The husband does usually get pleasure out of pleasing her wife by performing oral sex.

Anal sex as been around from the beginning.  There are times in life when the vaginal is not available, say after childbirth, or from injury, or during a fertile period and it is used for birth control.  Right now you may think you would never do it.  Read the book and you may have another opinion.
