Knowing Sunshine

Knowing Sunshine is a celebration of winning. The promise of victory is revealed in pieces. A melancholic, young girl battles back from a self-imposed exile to become a woman fully able to embrace the joy of life. Each poem speaks of this confidence; every sorrow can be healed by God. Life has its rough edges, but the darkness of each passing storm cannot persist in the presence of light.
