This book depicts the beginning of my journey into my passion of Baking. This book is the answer to the question that many people ask me, "How long have you been baking cakes?" My answer is always, "All my life." As I thought back to when I first started baking, I couldn't help but to remember that day in the kitchen with Aunt Helen. This book is meant to remind people that your passion is deep inside of you and gets pushed back by all the activities in life. Your passion may have been sparked in you many years ago. If you just take the time to think way back, you can discover it. It's not always a big "Aha" moment, but may have happened in the smallest, most over-looked moments in your life.
