This book is coalesced from my first mental health book describing my personal struggles - and also of immediate family's in oppressive, harmful psychiatry and the second part originating from a research project and personal experiences in preventing inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations. It is hoped that the reader gains a compassionate listen, and empathy with understanding for the mental health person experiencing emotional , social trauma and/or other forms of mental health issues. In addition, it is hoped that Crisis Intervention Units of the community of mental health develop more empathic, and compassionate care and understanding of the mental health patient after reading this book.
