Can we have a world that is at peace with itself and not constantly at war?
Yes, we can. But it requires a common wish and hope of all humanity, and requires a special effort of all humankind to achieve.
To do that, we must think and act as one humanity, and not as disparate and selfish nation states obsessed only in protecting narrow individual national interests.
Basically, we need to grow up as a human race and start thinking of ourselves as global citizens, and not as citizens of any selfish nation concerned only with its narrow "national interests" and its narrow "national security".
We must commit ourselves to protect mother Earth and peace on earth. We must work together as one human race, not separate nations, towards our common goal of peace, safety and prosperity for all humanity.
