Naga Harvest Festival

Two essays on two visits to the Burmese Military dominated dazzling Naga Harvest Festival. Nagaland in Burma/Myanmar, the other two thirds are in India is off limits to everyone except for one time a year during the traditional Naga Harvest Festival. Through this festival though colorful, charming and cultural the Burmese Military shows off its good side, though only for the time the foreign visitors are present. Two accounts on both visitors, Nagas and most of all the Military Government show that not all ‘gold' shines beautifully all the time.
