Narrative Oil Painting Method grows out of real life and sustained oil-painting practice. It follows a quiet sequence through Pause, Seeing, Understanding, Recognition, Revision, Practice and New Experience, asking how understanding becomes something that can actually enter the way we live.
The book then turns towards painting. When understanding changes, does creation change with it? When we return to a work over time, what is it that truly continues?
This is not a book of fixed answers, nor a programme for becoming a "better version" of yourself. It offers something quieter: a space to slow down, to see again, to understand again, and to bring that understanding back into life.
