Claire isn't the type of girl that sleeps around. When at the club one night, however, she sees a god across the room and wants nothing more than a one night stand. Ari is at the club because his friend got a promotion, and he wants to make sure his friend doesn't step out on his wife. Many women approach him, but he shoots them all down. Then Claire makes her move on him, unsure of what will happen. She wants to worship him with a night of passion, but what is he looking for?
One Night Worship is a very short story about the possibility of a relationship. It's not a traditional romance story, in that the ending of the story is where most relationships begin. I had a lot of fun writing this, trying to encapsulate the typical first act of a three-act story within a few thousand words. I hope you enjoy reading it!
