Many songs can be accompanied with just 3 chords. These three chords are playable on the diat. Richter harmonica - the "Bluesharp".
In this songbook, all songs have been arranged so that they can be accompanied with the Bluesharp using this 3 chords.
A introduction explains where these chords are located on the Harmonica. The position of the multiphonics is shown at the top of each page. These chords have been given key-neutral numbers. This allows the songs to be played in any key - if a song needs to be played higher or lower, this is easily done by switching to an instrument in a different key. These numbers are located above the lyrics, so it's immediately clear at what point each chord should be played - similar to many guitar books.
Each song has a "pattern" notated, a suggested rhythm for the accompaniment - similar to a "strumming pattern" on the guitar. The lyrics of all verses for each song are also provided.
This book is well-suited for beginners. No prior knowledge is necessary, not even reading music.
