He is unsparing as he creates this intimate portrait of himself, his parents, his siblings, his lovers and his children.
Seán Kenny is the author of six previous novels. This is his first book-length work of non-fiction. Born in Ireland in nineteen fifty-six, he lives in California where he worked in high-tech, first as a cold warrior, then over the last fifteen years as a climate warrior desiring and building solar projects. Best known for his novel The Hungry Earth, he recently published a long-standing project, The Ulstermen. He continues to write and do what he can to save the planet.
