But when her grandmother dies and leaves behind a box of cassette tapes, static hisses with long-buried confessions: a missing uncle, a father who vanished, and powerful families who have drowned truths in the lagoon for generations. As Nadia follows the voices deeper into the island's shadowed highlands, she must decide whether to continue framing beautiful lies or to finally turn her lens toward the silence that has swallowed her family whole.
