From the Author's Desk
This guide began as my personal "war room" notes. When I was preparing for my own PMP® and CSM® certifications, I realized that official manuals were excellent for theory but difficult for practical application. I needed a way to decode the situational "what to do first" logic that the exam actually tests. I developed this Mindset Framework to simplify the most complex domains into high-impact visuals and logical decision-making steps. It worked for me, and now I've refined those original notes into a tactical roadmap to help you pass on your first attempt.
