At work, at crew practice, and around the neighborhood—as Maeve desperately tries to parent a teenager, fix up the house to sell, and hang on to her big-city architecture career, it’s Izzy who keeps rescuing her from herself. But with only a year to pick up the pieces of everyone else’s life so she can get back to her own, Maeve cannot get distracted by the sweet boy next door—on or off the water.
