Cindy Pepper is an Australian university student who becomes a prostitute in order to pay her tuition fees. At first, she finds work in a Canberra brothel, but after she has a falling out with the brothel owner, she moves to Sydney. One of her clients in Sydney is Steve Dawson, a career criminal who is planning to smuggle a multi-ton shipment of heroin into Australia from Indonesia. Steve sails to Jakarta in his private yacht in order to collect the shipment, and he invites Cindy to accompany him. In Jakarta, Cindy enjoys a number of steamy sexual encounters with various members of the criminal underworld, and the story ends with a shoot-out on the Jakarta waterfront. The pulp fiction plot-line is interspersed with descriptions of masturbation, defloration, cunnilingus, fellatio, straight sex, anal sex, lesbian sex, thrilling threesomes and S&M.
