Summary of Beni Johnson's The Happy Intercessor

Please note: This is a companion version & not the original book. Sample Book Insights: #1 I grew up in a church where the intercessors were always sad looking people, and I did not see them as happy. I did not know that it was possible for intercessors to be happy. #2 I spent so much time carrying so many feelings inside of me and internalizing them as if they were my own that I became depressed. I took those words as truth and became a quiet one who was afraid of people. #3 I had a difficult time dealing with my emotions as I grew up. I would pray about them, but I did not understand my gifting and how to pray. I was not releasing to God all of the things that I was feeling and picking up around me. #4 I did not have a deep relationship with the Holy Spirit until I was confronted with a crisis in my life. Looking back, I can see that there was a pull to go deeper with God, but I did not know how to get there.
