They bought another software firm called BlueKiwi and used its technology to build their own social network for the entire enterprise. #3 Many leaders, including Thierry Breton, Phil Libin, and Jay Simons, have banned email to help their employees stay productive and stress-free. #4 The experiment showed that employees were more focused and less stressed when they couldn’t use email. They noticed this effect, and consistently reported feeling more relaxed and focused, as well as more productive, when their email was shut off.
