We have settled for a partial God, when every minute of every moment is asked to move beyond the mind we have and land on a renewed and expansive view of God. #3 God leans into us so that we will let go of the image of God as an unreasonable parent, teacher, or coach. God is not who we think God is. Our search for God is not a scavenger hunt; God is everywhere and in everything. #4 The very pulse of God is to be loved like a rock, unchanging, and as solid as can be. We need to let ourselves be bumped into and loved by the Fat Man. We need to stop expecting things to change and instead embrace the unchanging love of God.
