With all this monitoring power, they can control her and create a child with her DNA. They can leave the child with her and monitor her while she's alive, or they can remove the child from her while she's still in the womb, causing her to miscarry the embryo.


Currently, they have reached an advanced level of molecular engineering and are able to place an embryo of an advanced hybrid, almost human, in the womb of a human, causing the child to be born on Earth and monitoring this child throughout its life, generating the click, the awakening when the time is right for the child, who is actually an alien, to work for them.
