Phillip {Chief} Melon Jr., a young man grappling with Multiple Personality Disorder while trying to acclimate to the quiet town of Bay Bulls, on the island of Newfoundland, Canada, after relocating there with his family from Arizona.
Chief's passion for birdwatching integrated him into the local birding community with the help of friends Justin Cleary and Dorian Bullard. Chief's only ally is his friend Justin, who is intrigued by the alternate personalities and conducts experiments to try to help his friend. But the truth is far more sinister than a mere psychological disorder.
