This book, The Black Book Doctrine, is a blend of African
Spirituality, Religion, Philosophy and Social Sciences. It at-
tempts to integrate the use of pure spirituality and philosophy in
leadership and to emphasize the primacy of leadership as a gift
from God to humankind. It is divided into three major parts, each
consisting of sections with thirteen sections containing 400 para-
graphs.
The African renaissance has started and there is no going
backward. Majority of the youths in Africa are yearning for a free
and liberated Africa from the clutches of colonialism and neo-colo-
nialism. The Black Book Doctrine is particularly important for
Cameroon and the African public at large because it addresses is-
sues of leadership vis-à-vis good governance, the African renais-
sance as well as a roadmap for change in Cameroon.
